Once the conversation started over what should stay and what should be packed the seller realized that they were in good hands and confidant that they could get the most out of their home by giving Eclectic Home a clean slate to make this home appealing to a wider range of potential buyers. They were under contract in a week with multiple offers and well over asking price.
